Youth Social Initiatives

Our youth social initiatives serve as a training ground for professional life, providing participants with hands-on experience in:

  • Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Youth identify real challenges in their communities and develop practical, innovative solutions—a skill that employers and businesses highly value.
  • Leadership & Initiative: Taking the lead on social projects teaches responsibility, teamwork, and project management, essential skills for both employment and entrepreneurship.
  • Advocacy & Workplace Readiness: Many initiatives focus on labor rights, employment policies, and equal opportunities, ensuring that youth enter the workforce informed and prepared to stand up for fair conditions.
  • Collaboration & Networking: Through their initiatives, youth engage with businesses, NGOs, and policymakers, building connections that can translate into job opportunities or business partnerships.

From Community Action to Economic Participation

Sharek supports youth in designing and implementing community-led initiatives, where they:

  1. Identify pressing social and economic challenges, such as youth unemployment, workplace discrimination, financial literacy gaps, or access to vocational training.
  2. Develop and execute initiatives that raise awareness, provide training, or create solutions, such as mentorship programs, skill-building workshops, or local business support projects.
  3. Gain first-hand experience in leadership, financial management, and strategic planning, all of which are transferable to careers and business ventures.

Through this process, youth develop a sense of responsibility, confidence, and resilience, making them stronger candidates for employment and better prepared for entrepreneurship.

Building an Empowered, Workforce-Ready Generation

By engaging in youth social initiatives, Sharek participants graduate with more than just technical skills—they gain a mindset of leadership, adaptability, and civic responsibility. Employers seek individuals who are not only technically capable but also proactive, socially aware, and engaged in their work environments.

By fostering a culture of initiative and advocacy, we prepare young people not just to find jobs but to create opportunities, influence policies, and contribute to a stronger economy.
