To maximize employment opportunities, we actively collaborate with universities, vocational training centers (VTCs), and businesses across various sectors. Our approach includes:

 

  • Establishing Partnerships: We engage with private sector companies, NGOs, and public institutions to expand internship and job placement opportunities.
  • Employer Database Development: We maintain a network of 85-100 partner companies offering multiple internship opportunities each year.
  • Professional Talks and Shadowing Programmes: Industry experts provide mentorship sessions and real-world workplace experiences.
  • Signing MOUs with Key Stakeholders: Formal agreements ensure structured training, fair internships, and long-term employer engagement.

With 1,050 internships and 90 startup projects, we aim to create a sustainable employment ecosystem that benefits both youth and employers. By fostering collaboration, equipping young professionals with essential skills, and strengthening employer networks, we are shaping a more inclusive, dynamic, and competitive workforce in Palestine.
