Qitar Al-Saada Youth Team, coordinated by Tamayyaz Sharek Partners Alliance trainee, Ameed Hashash, implemented a workshop entitled "Community Advocacy and Influence Skills" as part of the initiative "Youth Voice: From Participation to Impact" at Deiratna Development Center, with the participation of 30 children aged 9–13 years.

The workshop aimed to strengthen participants’ understanding of advocacy and community participation while enhancing their communication, dialogue, and self-expression skills. Through interactive activities and group work, participants explored community issues relevant to their daily lives and discussed practical solutions.

Participants demonstrated strong engagement throughout the workshop, which contributed to increasing their self-confidence and encouraged them to become active members of their communities by developing initiatives that create positive social impact
