Artificial Intelligence and Law – New Horizons for Legal Practice

The First Summer School on “Artificial Intelligence and Law – New Horizons for Legal Practice”

In a pioneering academic experience, the Faculty of Law and Political Science at An-Najah National University, in partnership with Sharek Youth Forum, concluded the first Summer School titled “Artificial Intelligence and Law – New Horizons for Legal Practice.”

The program offered a distinctive and innovative experience for law students across Palestine, establishing a new framework for legal education and engagement that bridges traditional legal studies with emerging technologies. It aimed to equip students with the knowledge and tools necessary to keep pace with the rapid developments in artificial intelligence and its applications within the legal field.

Participants took part in practical training sessions led by a distinguished group of academics and experts in both law and smart technologies. Through hands-on exercises, students gained valuable skills in legal research, analysis, and drafting using AI-powered tools.

This initiative reflects a shared vision between the university and Sharek Youth Forum to empower law students with future-oriented skills, open new horizons for modern legal practice, and enhance the capacity of Palestinian youth to engage meaningfully in the evolving landscape of digital justice and innovation.
