Tamayyaz believes that employability starts with empathy—and that leadership begins with action.
Through the I:SERVE civic engagement track, participants design and lead youth-led social initiatives addressing issues like gender equality, labor rights, climate justice, and digital inclusion.

They learn how to analyze community challenges, mobilize peers, manage projects, and advocate for fairer, more inclusive policies.

Every initiative is a proof point that Palestinian youth aren’t waiting for change—they’re making it happen.
